My experience at this complex was really good. The staff was very friendly and Ms. Natasha was very helpful. The grounds looked pretty good.

I’ve been here 2 going on 3 years. I honestly like the service. I don't have too many issues at all and it is a nice apartment complex for those starting out to have their own place with a cool community feel.

The leasing office smelled nice and they had fresh cookies out which was cool because just before going to Brook Valley I was at a community down the street who had several snacks out but all seemed as if they had been sitting out for days!

My apartment is nice I have a 2 bedroom. It looked good when I moved in 1 year ago and I'll most likely be renewing my lease come October. The community itself is good u don't have a bunch of people standing outside causing problems or being loud like most complexes
